Sellers Tips

Look Smart

Street appeal is important as this is the first impression about your home. Tidy the garden and lawns, wipe (or wash) down the outside of the house and windows. Fix any fenching or gates at the entrance to your home.

Spring Clean

De-cluttering will make the whole house feel and look larger. Remove items from benchtops opening up the spaces. Floor coverings may require cleaning have a look to see if yours could do with a spring clean.

Light

Open the windows, doors and curtains or blinds to let the breeze and light filter into the home. Turn on the lights even during a daytime inspection.

Bathrooms

Display matching fluffy towels, soaps and bath oils in neutral tones or match your decor.

Pets / Animals

We all love our pets, but the buyers may not, place pets on leads or in enclosures during the inspection. If pets are indoors ensure that any odours are minimised by opening doors and windows and use a deodoriser. Ensure stock are securely fenced.
